Getting To and From Auckland Airport

Auckland Airport is located approximately 45 minutes drive from Auckland CBD (please allow more time during peak hours). Nestled conveniently between Auckland City (45minutes) and Manukau City (20 minutes) in Manukau Harbour.

Driving Instructions

If you are driving from Auckland CBD towards the Airport take the Southern Motorway (the no 1 motorway) heading south towards Hamilton and take the Gillies Avenue Exit. There are clear 'Airport' signals from this exit to follow.

Travelling from Manukau City to Auckland Airport is very simple.  Head west out of Manukau City via Puhinui Road.  There are clear signposts for the Airport from here.  For more detailed directions view the larger map.
